Original dam in Hollow Road — Flooded Jordan
It gave way & was never restored

NOTE: This photograph appears to be a different dam from the dam just south of the village of Jordan which caused the village to become flooded in 1920. This is more likely a photograph of the other dam, located further south on Valley Drive, just east of the bridge over the Skaneateles Creek, at the point where the creek crosses from the east side to the west side of Valley Drive, approximately half way between the village of Jordan and the village of Elbridge.
